Everything works smoothly with a very simple way for everyone (using calling and messaging, but also online) from booking, paying, drop the cars, being picked/ dropped from/to the parking/ airport. The guys are helpful, clear. George dropped us to the airport, Florin picked us and then Razvan dropped us back as we where a group of four that needed to get to different direction after our holiday. Good value for money. Prompt service, with a friendly and proactive attitude from Silvia at the call center and Ionuț, one of the drivers who handled our transfers. Everything was smooth, efficient, and handled with genuine professionalism.
I do hope that, in time, you might also consider adding a car cleaning option — so we can drive straight out of the parking and head to a wedding party without worrying about the layer of dust collected along the way. That would make the experience truly complete.
